b. Did the author create any characters you loved or hated?  Explain how the author did that.

c. Compare the conflict in the book to one from another piece of literature.

d. Contrast any two characters from the book.

e. How did the format of the book help/hinder your understanding?  

f. Explain three ways the information in the book will be valuable to you in the future. 

g. Discuss what you noticed about the author’s use of the language.

h. Was the ending of the story satisfying or frustrating?   Why?

i. Did the author seem to have a message beyond the plot?  What was it?

j. If something else elicited a strong reaction from you, please discuss that.
